Yeahh so if you have services listed customers can click the service and pay the flat rate for that service.
There's also a section saying 'please enter the agreed upon amount for your custom video" where customers can send you a typed-in amount. So there's both, but your dashboard shows you which service was clicked on.
thanks for explaining. I think the dom I referenced said she has a tribute button for $5,000 and that's the one they charged back so she got nothing. The $500 tribute was turned into $50 iirc but I am a little fuzzy on the details. It just seemed like bad news bears to me. But by all means, ladies & gents, please do your own research and use whatever services you feel most comfortable using. I personally wouldn't use Pervoutpay because of what I've seen/heard so far, but that's just me! I only wanted to come by and reference the negative commentary I've witnessed on social media so far. I haven't used the service so I can't really comment on it much further than that.

Seriously... WTF?
Since when is it anyone's business if some guy with a boner is 'in the moment' and goes with his emotion ? He's an adult and responsible for it. Robbing the girl of $4500 is Sooooo wrong and unprofessional on so many fronts.

Personally I think the problem I see lies in them claiming to be for sex workers, by sex workers and their main claim to fame in the beginning was 'no chargebacks'. Now it's all I hear about. Also if it's a drop down menu on the customer's end and he is selecting the $ amount, there is no room for error. The fact that they are calling your customers and asking them, "Are you SURE you want to send her x amount?" is kind of odd to say the least. Knowing a tiny bit about starting up a business from the backend, I KNOW how difficult it is to perform payment processing and set aside funds for fraud protection in the bank. However, that just doesn't jive with their original business model. As a camgirl who's been in the industry for six years and has only incurred one major chargeback, I personally think the site should take the hit in lieu of possibly losing the model for good and/or bad publicity. I'm only here to post the stuff I've witnessed so far. Obviously I want you all to be happy, form your own opinions, and hopefully not get ripped off. On PervoutPay, you won't have your account deleted for being a sexworker like other payment methods (google wallet etc) but you may also have an issue where a $100 payment is reduced to $10 because someone decided they would rather not pay you. I think it's good to take into consideration the negative posts I linked to above, but if you're confident in your customers NOT wanting refunds, I think it sounds like a decent avenue to take. Personally I would use it for tributes/donations ONLY and not for selling videos and other content just in case. I would hate to sell videos and get a chargeback. Not like you can get your digital goods and services back after you send them out.

I could maybe look passed the possibility of getting the occasional chargeback (which can happen on a lot of sites), but holy fuck, I definitely can't sign up to a site that will call my clients after-the-fact to make sure that they actually want to pay me.

Even ignoring that some of these guys who would have been totally content otherwise will say "well, now that you've mentioned it, I WOULD love to have my $500 back!", it also completely and utterly ruins any kind of findom dynamic or femdom fantasy that you've built.

Should this issue be addressed, I would definitely consider trying the site. But until then, I'll have to pass.

Maybe @AriaAnderson will be able to speak with the team about these issues. It sounds like their target market of users dislike the way they operate, so they should probably look into changing that.

Yeah I'm curious why there's sorta been radio silence from them here...

It looks like she hasn't been signed into the forum since much earlier in the thread, hopefully when she gets back we'll get some discussion. :)

I stopped using them right after this unfortunately - Most of my customs are way over $200 most of the times, its sad because I love the service but a few things ^ made me not so happy.

I'm floored that a company would be stupid enough to call a client, especially a sub findomme client to ask if they wanted their money back, what the hell is that?

Definitely completely kills the fantasy and can you imagine if they were trying to keep their naughty activities a secret? Beyond stupid.

That's good to know, I was on the fence already since the service expects the payment to be in dollars and pays to Paxum. I have no intention to pay $50 to get that money on my (british) account, with cuts and on top of that having to deal with exchange rate - these are all too much of a hassle and increase my prices.

I used to use payout, had no problems at all, until one day my store wasn't working. I didn't even get an email from them to tell me they had deactivated. I contacted them and was told that all international stores had been deactivated as they were having issues with the payment processor. anyway I moved over to indie bill and haven't been back.

Is Pervout Pay gone now? Their site isn't showing up... unless it's down for maintenance. I'm supposed to get a small payment from them next week...

Site is showing up for me, and other than this thread, I've had no problems with them. I am Canadian and have a Us bank account. I got paid from them yesterday, and have never not got paid on time.

It's working again! Yay! :)

@AriaAnderson maybe you can help me....
I didn't know that paxum was being taken away and replaced for e checks. I can't use checks. I've filled out the contact form on the site, emailed account@per... and tweeted with no response.
But pervoutpay was able to like my tweet?!

I need to get my money via a method that isn't check as I never agreed to changing and then close my account if this can't be fixed.

I too filled out a contact form, and didn't get a response. I guess they're also trying to cut costs with us printing, but this is really frustrating. Also looks like the checks say Pervout pay on them. Oh that's gonna be fun handing to tellers.

After tweeting they got back to me. Sassy and passive agressive to say the least.
EW EW EW. Happy to not deal with them any longer.
I checked my deleted, junk and inbox and never got an email but they insist 'i opened it twice'
My payments were refunded, I am very lucky to have only had payments by an honest, trustworthy reg. He will send me that money now through @IndieBill whose support, even when I know I am being annoying is only ever nice.

Do they seriously say Pervout Pay?!?! If so, I definitely won't be using them until they find another payment method. Yikes! I live in a small town!!!

Yeah brings me back to the days when Streamate used to issue checks with "Streamate" on it; that I'd have to hand over to bank tellers who clearly were trying to pretend not to notice.

@Dani Picas You've never been annoying! So far :D

We're very happy to be working with you and only wish we could be providing you with better tools to run your business

I received an email explaining the bill.com is no longer working with the adult industry, so they have to go with eCheck until they find something more suitable. Not sure if anyone else got word, so I thought I'd at least inform. I'm really not liking how it was handled.

Isn't that what ExtraLunchMoney was using until we all had to sign up for Paxum recently?

@SaffronBurke I already had a Paxum account, so it was a simple switch for me. I honestly don't recall what it was before Paxum.

ELM allowed Dwolla also. I used it, it worked similar to how bill (dot) com did.

Are camsites well known in your town?
I don't think its so much being well known, its more that businesses/banks get used to seeing certain types of checks come through so when they see something unfamiliar it can pique interest which leads to them searching out who/what the business is. For instance when I got my first pornhub check, it was a decent amount and I went to a branch of my bank I don't normally use. They wanted to call my home branch to make sure it was okay to accept that check and to make sure they didn't need to put a hold on it. Luckily my branch manager knows me personally and knows what my job is otherwise I suspect they would of dug around a little more to make sure it was a reputable company.
