Hello!
Recently, I created a new account on Chaturbate with a friend and received the new tag. However, I forgot to sign Chaturbate's agreement using my persona, and as soon as I started streaming, the tag was revoked after my first stream. I only realized this after my second stream.
I contacted Support, and they replied that in order to have the new tag restored, I would need to remove my friend. However, their response doesn't really clarify why the tag was revoked in the first place.
I'm not sure whether this could be the reason or whether I should simply create another account and start over.
I'd really appreciate any help. Thank you!
