Profile Availability?

Has this always been in the edit profile bit?
Does anyone know what it means, I'm confused!
It has two options, either active, or disabled.

I've got a feeling its probably something really obvious/simple but I can't work out what it means!

it is to turn your profile off if you don't want anyone to see it..

like if you are working on it or they had a problem a while back about hackers accessing accounts through the profiles

Yeah it is that, just tried it!

Thinking about it, I should have just tried it before coming on here and asking people, eeek.
I really couldn't think what it was for though!


I didn't know people could hack things through peoples profiles? Eeeek.
