A few days ago, I underwent eye surgery. At the time the system prompted me to complete face verification, my eyes had not fully healed. I proceeded with the scan despite visible swelling and recovery effects, which I now understand may have caused the system to incorrectly flag my appearance as not matching my account. I would like to clearly state that I am the rightful owner of this account. I have never shared, transferred, or allowed any third party to access it.
Following the failed verification attempts, my account was suspended. Since then, I have submitted multiple appeals and support tickets, and I have also renewed my identification documents to reflect my most recent appearance. However, I am still encountering issues with verification and receiving “unable to verify my documents” errors. I went panic after multiple fails of the face scan. I fully acknowledge that completing the face scan while still recovering from surgery was a mistake on my part, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion it may have caused.
