Request to Unban Accounts: Extra_Picme and Shuba_

Hello, @punker barbie ! We are writing to you regarding the unbanning of two accounts: Extra_Picme and Shuba_.Here is the situation: two new models have joined our team. We registered these new accounts for them, but upon their first login, we discovered the accounts were already banned.Previously, the models worked for other studios, and their old accounts were owned and managed by third parties. After they left, it's unclear what happened to those old accounts, and we suspect the current bans might be related to them.Regarding the Extra_Picme account, we already contacted support. We received a response stating that to unban the account, we needed to confirm we had re-read the rules. We fulfilled this requirement, but the account remains banned.The Shuba_ account was banned without any explanation, and we have not received any response from the support team about it for over two weeks.We are certain that the models themselves did not violate the platform's rules, as these are their new, freshly created accounts. We are unable to discuss account details with anyone except the account holder.

And also the shuba_ account has not been answered so far. Extra_pickme without a ticket number, just a letter came with a request for a reply about understanding of further responsibility for violation of the rules, we sent it. @punker barbie
