Requesting support review on the return/cancellation of payment made on 17th of this month

Hello @punker barbie... i hope this finds you better..I would wish to request you to follow up on my account @Sneaky_link2...I made a daily transaction request to a paxum account not verified by chaturbate and I would wish to request if the transaction can be cancelled and returned back to my account kindly...I wish to update my payment method to the previous cryptocurrency I used initially...currently the payment is on hold ....

Hello @punker barbie...I would wish you to check on my daily payment request of 187usd that I made on 17th using a paxum account payee who is not verified on chaturbate they responded that the money is on hold since the payee wasn't verified....I would like to cancel the transaction and request for the funds to be returned to my chaturbate account...its now 1 week trying to reach support but to no avail...please help me expedite this issue since I have updated my payment information to cryptocurrency that I initially was using...the paxum account holder is unavailable for verification...so please inform them if there can return the cashed out tokens back to my account.
