Seemingly randomly banned

Hello all, I was just browsing as normal and all of a sudden my account got banned. My Username is plunkettwhite, I've spent quite a few tokens and would like to even access my collection but now that I'm banned not only can I not spend or use tokens I can't even see my collection. I don't really have an idea why I would possibly be banned and it's been about a week.

Oh sorry, I should have mentioned that. I did contact support, it's been a few days - maybe a week since I sent the ticket.

You received an automatic response, what did it say?

Saw online people talking about posting here would help get it seen since it's been days.
