Nah, all it takes is a customer to accuse you of child porn, not the same level at all. Out of literally thousands of girls just one got prosecuted and it ended with no jail time and no fine. I was trying to say that it sounds like thinking about selling panties and the legalities therein is making you anxious. If something makes me anxious, I decide not to do it. It's not worth my mental energy. I was actually trying to be helpful and suggest that perhaps you should explore other areas of this multi-faceted industry, areas that don't have legal grey areas that may worry you.

There have been a lot of conversations on ACF over the years regarding the legal issues with selling panties. Yes, technically, it's illegal. No, no camgirl I have ever heard of has gotten even a warning for doing so. There are many threads on this forum to pour over regarding this subject. I understand being confused and I applaud you for trying to suss out the details by seeking legal counsel.

I agree that digging deep to do research into the legalities of panty selling in the government-employee-area is potentially more likely to get you identified as someone who is breaking the rules. Still, highly unlikely you'll ever have a problem.

On avvo.com a lawyer responded to me saying that it's illegal to send clean panties that doesn't make any sense, he said If a minor buys my underwear with me thinking they are older and they use their dads credit card the FBI will raid my house and I will go to prison for a minor buying my underwear.
