thank you

thank you so much for bringing all of this to my attention.

I will never sell panties again, and neither should any girl...we all collectively promise never to sell our panties again.

again

thank you

The funniest part about this is that I sell half my underwear internationally. I.E. I have to write on a little form what's in the package.

And I still haven't gone to prison, incredibly.

Every lawyer on avvo said it's illegal and you will go to prison

But Christine didn't even go to prison so that makes no sense. Also lawyers aren't in control of what a local DA will and will not prosecute for. And no DA is going to put their neck and career on the line for something like this. Nor will ANY police force or FBI send people to watch someone over panties. They have a bit bigger fish to fry. It's not like it's a slow FBI day or something. No ones worried because we have common sense and logic skills here. (Mostly.) No ones going to prison or even jail. AVOO is not the end all be all of the law. I mean...they're lawyers sitting online all day.... how good are they if they have the time for that shit? Or if that's the job they got out of law school only?

People do a lot of things that are technically illegal, but mainly harmless. I think sending worn panties through the mail gets tossed into that category.

/me finishes her joint before walking to the mail box to mail out (NOT) panties...

nothing illegal to see here

Look at some of the ridiculous laws that exist. In some states it's illegal to have anal sex.

No one is gonna actually arrest you over it, bro.

BUT you are the exception, not the rule. "He's just not that into you" told me this. You're fine, the rest of us are going to the big house. Time to start making license plates.

Totally agreed. At worst you'll get a fine and that's if you're stupid enough to TELL the post office worker they're dirty or straight up try to ship human waste. The world is a fucked up place, but at least people aren't copping prison sentences for used panties. Yet.

This might be the most dedicated trolling I've ever seen.

Such pervasive paranoia, seeing people watching you etc., typically means you're hot AF to look at, or means meds need to be adjusted ...... :nurse:

You're right about how I shouldn't talk about it I haven't sold anything but for some reason undercover cops are now watching me I saw one outside the other day near the mail he kept starring at me I could tell he was undercover and they sent him to see if I shipped them out or not I think I was reported for asking legal questions and now they are spying on me. I was going to do clean underwear by now I don't want to do it al all because the government has people watching me I'm scared

Okay, so I'm going to respond to this three ways. Now, if you aren't just some troll, then this is what I have to say essentially.

1. Get mental help. You show extreme signs of mental illness. Normal people do not think cops are out to get them.

2. If that doesn't get through to you, then I have to be brutally honest. No one gives a fuck about your lady splooge. By that, I mean the government, cops, etc. They are not going to waste precious time and money on spying on your underwear business. To truly believe that is, again, insane, if not narcissistic. They would rather spend their spying resources on things like terrorists, not a girl selling her underwear. Your personal life is not that significant to them. (To anyone who thinks I'm being harsh, I know someone personally who believes this shit. This is the only way anyone can get through to them)

3. If you don't believe one or two, then don't sell underwear and move into a remote area where no one could spy on you. And no, trees don't have eyes or ears. You'll be fine.

Christine vetter faces 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. She still got 5 years probation.

Wait so you girls are putting on the forms that it's used panties and nothing happened to you? Wow are you using usps or UPS?

I think the avvo lawyers are wrong not all of them but some I'm going to have to call someone in my area and talk to them. Some have said it's not illegal so to be honest I have no idea but I'm still going to stick to clean panties. I'm going to ask if I can sell dirty panties in person if that's legal because if that's legal I will do it that way.

I love how you're stuck on something that happened over 10 years ago.

It didn't say she got in trouble strictly because of the underwear. If you read the articles it says Christine also sold used tampons/pads and used condoms. I think there's a difference between mailing blood and mailing panties. The only reason she got caught is because a letter was addressed to her saying it contained child pornography.

You're stuck on these articles but did you read where it said no one had been charged of this before? and that it's a law that's not upheld?

Child pornography tipped it all. That's the only reason they followed through with charging her.

Don't anybody tell her what "soiled panties" are. That makes it a conspiracy; they'll bring RICO charges against all of us.

Oh ok I get it now thank you. You see the article said dirty panties and it included the other stuff too but it still said dirty panties and that was the headline of the article was about her panties. Okay so blood is a no no,poop is a no no cum stains are a no too? If she got introuble for a used condom that has semen on it isnt it the same thing if Panties have semen on it too?

..........you do realize all this Christine Vetter stuff was back in 2002 don't you? IMO, the major heat came because she was a student at SC prestigious Clemson Univ. and at that time, things were much more repressed sexually. [OK, I'll say it.. :giggle: Clemson didn't want a 'stain' on their rep.] Court case finally came around in 2006 & her sentence was 5 years probation and is long over. That happened Looong before the proliferation of camgirl sites and the web explosion of all things sexy. Season 3 of "Orange is the new Black" had selling soiled panties as part of the story line.
Now, if you aren't just trolling for fun and this still concerns you, as others have suggested, please get mental help .....

I am not trolling I am being serious I have asked many people about this and I am very paranoid because I don't want to go to prison which is why I wanted to make sure before I ever did it . No I don't have OCD. I have never been dosagnosed with OCD. Anyways, In 2008 a man was charged with sending Porn though the mail ...they charged him with it being obscene he was also just selling it in person too he got introuble for that I'm not sure if they charged him because it did have animals in it but they did charge him he got fucked in court over that. He deserved to get introuble for the animals in his video that's horrible but if he sold normal porn I think he might of gotten fucked in court too because apparently they think it's obscene to sell porn
