Should MV have gift certificates?

Honestly, I don't see the point of this post, Guy. Whether 20 people on here all say, "HELL YES! WE WANT MANYVIDS GIFT CERTIFICATES!" or 20 people say, "No way, dude, I just buy my own porn," it doesn't change the fact that Manyvids is not owned by anyone one here (as far as I know). So your question is moot.
Also, since MV is mainly a place to buy content/items from models, who would be buying these GCs? And whom would they be for? From one member to another? I doubt that MV would make a lot of money that way. In the cam world, most gift certificates/wishlists/etc are useful as an extra tool to spoil your favorite camgirl. But most girls either don't want other girls' content OR we just trade it amongst ourselves for free.* So once again, your question is moot.

Pretty much what @I_Am_Iris said. I don't see the point in clip sites or cam site having gift cards. How would that even work?
It would make more sense to use an American Express gift card (or something similar, if it's allowed) instead of clip sites or cam sites having their own gift cards.

I would definitely buy a friend/coworker that I didn't know well enough to pick out a real gift for an iTunes gift card.
I would definitely not buy that person a ManyVids gift card.
There's a couple sites that actually allow people to redeem a wide-range of gift certificates for credits. It's all done through a 3rd party. Haven't looked much into the 3rd party. Seen the AWEmpire / Jasmin blog post announcing they're now accepting gift certificates earlier this month and thought it was innovative. Also seen one other site that offers something similar.

Everyplace should have gift cards! A decent percentage of people don't ever cash them in. Free money for the site.

Not to mention, there would be the risk of not knowing if the recipient is over 18 or not.... so it's not like they could ever sell them in local stores like they do for Xbox gift cards, itunes, etc.

An Apple gift card would be a great gift for someone who has an iPad or something. They can use it to buy iPad apps.
I have absolutely no idea why anyone would even want to buy a ManyVids gift card, or why a gift card would even exist for ManyVids. Just send the model an Amazon e-gift card.
I would feel super weird buying someone a manyvids gift card. I would also feel super weird if someone bought me a manyvids giftcard.
I spent days and days searching for a clip site that offered gift cards this month. I wanted to get my partner to start paying for the porn they watch, and subscriptions are costly and restrictive.
I ended up signing up for c4s and putting $100 on the card thing, and emailing him the deetz for his birthday.
