Hi @punker barbie my user name is _warmsac_ recently i be blocked fro CB, i receive an email that said somenthing like "We have reason to believe you have provided us with altered or otherwise falsified identification for age verification, which is a serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms and, likely, applicable law. Because we have reason to believe the identification has been altered, your accounts were terminated, and you were permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. " I replay that email saying this "Sorry but I used my PEP (Especial permanece permission) because I’m Venezuelan but I live in Colombia, Can I send another photo for this ID, it’s a real ID with my real information, or another certificate that validate this" I dont know is there something else that I can do, please help me.
