Streamate limited error connection issues?

I keep receiving this message today Streamate limited error, Network connection lost, please try again.

Is this on my side or theirs? It's making me look bad in front of costumers! Already emailed the site about it
 
It could be on either end, and occasionally the site will glitch and drop people, but they'll always deny that there's anything wrong with the site and insist that it's you. Double check all your equipment and connections just to be sure, though.
 
emailing support is good! hopefully, they can help you and narrow down to what it can be, but they sometimes suck. the wait time for a response is utter shit. what you can do in the meantime is:
  • clear your cache
  • restart your computer and internet
  • make sure you have applications other then what you use to stream closed
  • recalibrate (while you recalibrate smbroadcast point your camera to random objects on the side)
  • go light a candle
after all that shit, try streaming again. if it does it again take screenshots of everything. i like to keep open my stream log and health, so i can capture as much data for them as possible. when they reply back to you in 48 hours, let them know what you have done on your end in the mean time, so you can skip half of the hoops they are going to put you through. i would also take screenshot of your computer specs and speed test to send to them too, since i already know they are going to ask.
