streaming suspended

Hello my stream was suspended due to that my partner was trying to setup obs , and he didnt realized he went online for few seconds. he his not verified and now my streaming is suspended, my user naturalsuperblondie.
my partner now sent the verification and signed the contract, i open support ticket but no answer and still streaming suspended. can someone help me? Maybe you @punker barbie ?
