Broadcast Suspended - They say that it is not me

Hello,

Suddenly they suspended my account. It says "Your ability to broadcast has been suspended. If you believe this is in error, please contact support." Support says during yesterdays streaming the person was not age verified. But it was me and i was the only one who was in the streaming. I am not showing my face. I don't know why they think that its not me. It happened after a few months. I don't understand it. Everything was fine and i did not do something different, no one else attended my streaming. Support only sends me email that i have to upload that person's id for age verification. But its me, there is no someone else. I was already age verified. Could you please help me about it?

Did you receive a warning at any time during your broadcast where you were asked to take a selfie and upload it to a link in the warning? If you ignored that then they assumed it wasn't you and threw the ban.

Alternatively, sometimes an image in a mirror can trigger the AI software into thinking two people are on screen.

No, they did not warn me. I was using mirror, i explained it. I also thought that they thought there is someone else because of the mirror. However they don't care. I explained many times, all the time they send me same answers and they want me to upload other person's ID. There is no other person but they don't understand or don't want to understand.
