When you say "the brunette" you mean Flo for Progressive? She's played by Stephanie Courtney. She's part of a pretty well known group who does improv and sketches known as Groundlings Theater. I maybe looked her up a while back. A pretty girl herself but it takes a decent amount of make-up to turn her into Flo.

I'd call her a redhead, not a brunette.
