I need help from a CB representative. I’ve been requesting my income records for the past month and verification. They asked me to write a phrase on paper with my screen name and ID upside down. I did this. 8 times so far. And every time they tell me a little reason it can’t be accepted, and ask me to send it again. So i do, and then they come up with another reason why they won’t send it. I’ve now lost my food benefits and my son is about to lose his health insurance bc of them not sending me my income verification. Someone Please help me!!! I’m a single mom and i need these benefits right now bc I’m not making a lot online anymore. Is there anyone here who works for CB?
