Long story short, I entered the wrong DOB on my profile (vicki_sissy) and when trying to get age verified it went all wrong as it was constantly being rejected.
Deleted the profile and created a new one with the correct ID (vicki_sissy_1028) - however when trying to get id verification again it won't work as it says I have an existing broadcaster agreement.
Emailed/created tickets and literally nothing has been received except automated mails.
If you can do anything to help I would appreciate it.
