A light blue on CB:

comptonasschris: damn I would get u fucking pregnant mommy
comptonasschris: force me to cum in u mommy
comptonasschris: Ill steal your cum from u mommy

Wtf is wrong with these Johns?!
You need to BAN anyone who uses "mommy /mami" straightaway. I specifically asked Punker Barbie about it and that's what she told me

Not my chat, but the model seemed to be into it.

Some models actively encourage if it earns them money, but as other have said it can break TOS and get both the users and model in trouble. Not worth the risk, IMO.

Ok, apparently, I'm not too clear on the gravity of the situation. What's wrong with mommy/ daddy stuff on CB?

You can get around it with clever wording... for example couples who roleplay as step-siblings (like how step-father and daughter is common in porn so it's not mistaken for real incest). But not everyone bothers to read the TOS, understands it or even cares.

Daddy is a reasonably popular tag on CB and it's not just young looking females who use it.

chaturbate.com/tags

Anyway, I think CB cares more about the depiction of it than the roleplay aspect. But it's never a good idea to give them a reason to ban your account.

I understand wanting to avoid dangerous territory. I understand wanting to avoid dangerous terriory all together, but they don't know what doesn't get reported.y all together, but they don't know what doesn't get reported. If it means that much to people, they can always move that talk off-site. But, even CB should be aware of the mommy/ daddy dom thing.

Not that this is my hill. And CB something can't tell the difference between someone cumming and someone sleeping. CB really seems to be going down a problematic route, anyway. I had to start showing my face on cam, because CB interrupted 5 shows in a row to force a face verification picture function. And, why is sleeping on cam against TOS, anyway? It's not against the rules on non-porn sites. If they ban me I'll move over to StripChat and MFC, because I've already decided I have a low tolerance for bs from CB.

I understand what you're saying. You don't get banned until someone reports you. But that's the tricky bit. I remember reading on here about a model who told a viewer she'd meet for $5K just to get him to stop Badgering her about it and he prompty reported her and she got banned.

This is why we need to be very very careful. You don't know which unemployed wanker is just browsing through cb looking for models to report

(yes I deliberately used the word "unemployed" as anyone who has something to do wouldn't waste their time and energy in getting people to lose their income)

Yeah, but sarcastic isn't worth it. I'm not one for sarcasm, anyway.

Let's rethink that when we know hate against sex workers is very real. Some people are employed to ruin things for sex workers. Not to say that's the case for people getting cam models banned, but we know there are some people out to get us and other sex workers for entertainment during their day off or lunch break. Cam models are the most convenient targets for any day job Joe.

I'm not one to burn bridges with any potential income source (well other than one vanilla job and I left that one burnt to a crisp and it was glorious). I left cb because I can't deal with the inconsistencies but I left the door open in case things change.

It's not sure enough to go out of my way to burn brigdes. IF they ban me, I won't fight for my account.

The fact of the matter is quite simple for the whole reason of "mommy" etc being banned. And that's because, from what I have seen, and I don't even get to see most crap in PM and tipnotes: so many guys pretend to be under 18, heck, under 16 and then want to call the model "mommy", so obviously, as you can see, this is a HUGE hell no, and they [CB] are an approved member (using the badge) for https://www.asacp.org/

I don't think there is anything too difficult to understand the why, as to why that is banned/prohibited and done so with very strict rules. The above reason + the fact in [most[ countries incest is prohibited/illegal.

I do understand STEP - [anything] (mom, father, sister, etc) is allowed, but this is because it's not incest and not blood relatives. Obviously again, this would need to make sure it's all above 18 (although, i think in some countries - UK for example) it may be fine for 16+ - for us, Sex is legal when you're 16 and older. Not sure which other countries it's the same for. But since it's an 18+ site, i would not allow anyone who claims they are under 18 or wants to pretend to be under 18.

I've been in people's chat every Johns say things like "I'm 13 and you're making me cum" and I'm not even making that up. Ofc, they get banned like "What do you expect?"

Some people are out to get sex workers.

Not really Brett, sex can be legal under 18 where 16 or 15yo is the sexual majority, but it never means that it can be public or shared with adults, it means only that teenagers can play *together* under 18 and child porn always applies under 18 even in England.

Also in most of the countries, the crime "statutory rape" is independent of sexual relationships, 'sex' aggravates the law condemning an adult who distracts a child from the responsibility of his parents.

I wasn't saying it is allowed on the site, I am saying that I know here and some countries 16 is the legal age of consent, but 18 is always the legal age to buy/watch pornographic content, so despite people being allowed consensual sex at 16, these guys think that means they are allowed legally to post on adult sites, which they are not.

Here, as soon as you hit 16, you can date/have sex with a 90 year old man if you want, and none of you will get in trouble unless it's obviously recorded, and such.
Here, as with a lot of places I am guessing, anyone under 16 who has sex is against the law and people will be in trouble - even if it's a 15yr old boyfriend and 15 yr old girlfriend who are madly in love, they can get in trouble as it's illegal.

But I am saying despite legal age of consent being 16 here and other places, never let moron guys try talk you out of banning them or playing the roleplay etc as regardless of anywhere, 18+ is the legal age for porn, alcohol, etc

There's that, and there is also the fact that you agree to the site's terms of service when you sign up, and they explicitly state - all of them - that you must be at least 18 years old to sign up.
In other words, if models come across members that are or claim to be under 18, they should be banned without argument. They aren't allowed on the site by any definition.

Agreed. I'd think if a model knowingly interacts with a minor, then the actions taken against her could be pretty severe. Not just in terms of banning her. But, if pursued legally, could mean significantly more.

It's a lot different now than it was when I was a kid (pre-internet). I've been looking at porn for almost my entire life thanks to dad's collection of magazines in the early years. Wish he hadn't thrown them away years ago. Some of them would be worth some decent money right now.

Does anyone understand this joke?
The model was flashing her body parts, and then this guy randomly speaks - at first i thought he was going on about "fap tax" but then she has no menu item for it, and the more he spoke the less it seemed like he was, and he is the only one in on the joke of his own:

bigboymouse Oh... now I can’t stop thinking about tax
bigboymouse Can I claim on previous losses here too?
bigboymouse As I often think my taxes end up in the wrong pockets... I mean panties...
bigboymouse Oh... tax time
bigboymouse I think I’ll need to sit down to work this out...
bigboymouse Abacus... where is my abacus...

She stopped flashing.. he left.
Am I the only one absolutely scratching my head at this?

I wonder what Johns thinks happens when they tell a model they're too costly. Has anyone ever lowered their prices before?
I never do that. the only thing that happens is that they end up on my blocklist. There are enough customers who appreciate me and are happy to pay my prices.

i'm relatively new to the site and i think he thought i was inexperienced and he could bargain. But he is only 19 years old, the little one still has a lot to learn how to deal with women.Still funny that he thought I would change outfits for the cheapest price on the site.

Regular customers who are currently unemployed get a small discount from me, but they never asked for that or try to bargain in a rude way like this and i tell them that this is an exception. Guys like that usually just want to make the model feel bad.

I think it's John Doe and Jane Doe... used when you don't know names. That's just my guess, I could be very wrong

I understand that. But, this isn't the case. In the US, a person who solicits a prostitute is referred to as a "John". The equivalent to "Punters" in the UK I believe.

I understand in both model and prostitution, they are both "clients". But IMO it's incorrect to refer to a cam model's clients as "Johns" or "Punters" because the meanings are different. I would think most cam models would have issues with their clients being referred to as those due to the fact that they distance themselves from in-person contact.
