Do you think this guy has a genuine fetish for this or is it some form of humiliation and to see how far the model/s will be willing to go?

I always wonder this same thing with some of the more out-there requests, in the past, too.

I've been wrong at times as well though.

ETA; Also there are guys (usually the internet Doms) who assume that because they've interacted w a model who shares a humiliation fetish w them in the past, all models or all submissive models do. That's a super unfair assumption/ over generalization of them to make, when it literally takes 2 seconds to ask someone directly; "are you into humiliation/ do you have a humiliation fetish yourself?"

I always ask all new subs that, and the majority of them answer "No" to that question. And their behavior and interactions are consistent w that i.e. many know their own limits and what they are into and are fully able to communicate that clearly.

I know all the mechanics and theory but I've never actually been able to wrap my mind around the whole dom/sub mindset. I certainly respect it but I guess since I'm neither one it's a bit of a mystery.

I think if it's a kink you had you'd know it. It kind of lumps/ umbrella terms a set of separate fetishes like bondage, powerplay, humiliation, sadomasochism, sometimes leather etc etc. But it's also common for people to be into certain aspects, but not all of it together simultaneously, which is part of why communication is so important.

Years ago, on CB, the phrase "Open Bobs" was uttered by members incredibly often... but to those in North America it seemed kind of far-out (even IF we were guessing correctly what it meant).


But I'm quite pleased that what used to be a very commonly used phrase on CB very seldom shows up anymore... (so don't give up on things evolving for the better)


*** yes, I know that some buxom model is going to report having read "open bobs" 4 times every ____ minutes even in 2022.

(but I like to believe that my vantage point has been consistent and unchanged for many years, and that I still recognize a vast reduction in that one time catch phrase)

Lol. I remember that. I also remember that RON569 guy on MyFreeCams who would tell every model "BEST ON MFC BOO." On his MFC profile, he had a pic of himself looking high as a kite. ? I thought it was hilarious.

I got curious enough to look just now, and his profile is still up! Though he hasn't logged on in a couple years, and hasn't updated his profile since 2011.

And some poor models think they have to smile and say "OhmyGaaaaawd Thankyousoooomuch" all the time. And they really seem to manage to be bored while having an orgasm. Kudos to that!

Makes me kind of sad.

In contrast to my beginnings in camming as a viewer I'm more and more drawn to the pro models who have no problem banning users, even when they tip. Some of them really manage to have 6000+ viewers, 95% behaving decently. But there is less interaction of course unless I tip really hard. That means for me much less visits to rooms. I guess I'll have to live with that.

How the model handles the viewers has become my number one criteria. It's very appealing to see a model who can handle that in a calm fashion without reacting to everything. Maybe even let the chat alone for 2-3 minutes. I think that also might show the viewers that not every bullshit they write is worth a response.

Nothing against beginners of course. I think it takes a lot of time and hard work to get there.

There is a very fitting quote in a Star Trek TNG episode I watched recently:
"You can't simply snatch people, put them into your fantasy and expect them to respond"
Members should really think about that.

I used to visit a model who, on her Bio page, under Wishlist it just says Boyfriend.

I stopped visiting her regularly when she became insistent and even angry for me to send her a photo of myself. ?

IDK, maybe she specialises in providing the GFE. But it sends a bad signal to some, that stuff would be far better discussed in PM or off-site.
