ETA: Still the 1-tokens keep coming. Probably about 700 or 800 by now. This can't be pleasurable could it? Poor girl is putting on a good act, but already told me that the 1's don;t do much for her. He'll probably demand her Instagram or Lovense control now.

These 1-token tipping habits are the reason I'm unable to complete (what should be easily attainable) room topic goals., and why my camscore is like 200-something. Lol. They're tipping me 1 token, and waiting a while until the next 1-token tip. And doing that until they've given me between 5 - 20 tokens total. And then when it's time for me to log off at 1 AM (As I've clearly stated multiple times that that's when I log off), they're acting all upset and surprised. Lol. In all that time I've been live, I still haven't earned a measly $20 (What's needed to make payout) or cleared room goal #1. By that time, I'm ready to get my wig off, turn off my craaazy bright light and switch to a gentler light, and exit out of OBS (which overheats my laptop) asap. Wanna motivate me to stay on longer? Continue tipping. But please not just 1-token tips every few minutes.

I freaking hate long walls of 1tk tips. It slows my fps with OBS and the lovense browser, it's annoying af as it's not really vibing me enough to feel good and it blocks chat. Look, every tk is appreciated definitely, but don't be a dick and just send it in sets of 15 or higher etc so I could actually enjoy it and it doesn't ruin my fps or annoy my room. Sometimes if lovense is acting up, it takes 3x as long for the damn 1 second vibes to even react to the tip making me triple annoyed because it takes even longer to wade through the bullshit and I'm afraid lovense will act up or quit.

I don't mind a random few 1tk tips. Doing a wall on purpose is just being a drama queen of a tipper.

And on MyFreeCams the tip sound is fucking loud! The Stripchat members ask me "What was that?" ? The tip sounds on Stripchat are adorable. :)

As a user I have always felt the wall of 1tk tips to be annoying and a bit of a "Look at me" from the user doing the tipping. It sure stops any actual chat.

But of course, it's all money for the models ?‍♂️

Just to play devil's advocate, I have noticed that a lot of models have 1 token set at low for 2 seconds and 15 tokens for low at five seconds. The simple economics of it is that you can give 10 tokens for 20 seconds of low vibrations or 15 tokens for 5 seconds of low vibrations. ?❤️

Years ago on MyFreeCams you could go into top models' rooms and see members doing a "yellow wall" of back-to-back 5-token tips or more, and it would go on for several minutes. It was awesome. It probably still happens in some rooms now...I don't know. But man, if you wanted to be all "Look at meee!," that's one hell of a way to do it. ?

Ah, yes, then there's that. Some models could probably do with an audit of their lush menus, in terms of "vibes per token" ...

On Chaturbate? Can't find any setting for that on StripChat, only a volume slider for the room audio as such.
 
Well, I had a WTF? moment overnight, not from what a member said, but from a model.
I've been a regular of this Ukrainian model for >2 years, a few months ago she began an OF page, so I subscribed to support her.
Since then, I've been tipping her new content uploads; often, I'd get a message in response, and would chat a little.
During her show last night, I happened to comment to her that the chats on OF were quite different from on the cam site.
To my surprise, she told me that she has never even seen her OF page, her studio set it all up and manages the account, and she doesn't even have access.
The fact I've been chatting with a complete stranger in her studio doesn't really bother me (I know this happens), but what concerns me is that she has no awareness of any income from the tips.
Now I'm not sure if I should go on tipping or commenting on that site, or if I should stick to the cam site, where at least I know she gets a set % of the token value...........

That is a dilemma .
 
I think there is a bot or something that allows you to do a rapid burst of 1 token tips. On CB. At least one user I know uses it. Seems like it shoots at least 50 singles in 2 or 3 seconds.

Of course the same user tips about 3000-5000 tokens per session and has tipped at least three models a single 50,000 token tip.

And he is a nice guy to chat with as well.

I'm always so happy for a model whenever I see numbers like that.
(Although of course, if it's a whale, I hope there's plenty of other supporters there so when they inevitably move on, there's still income).
Couple of years ago, I was in a room where someone dropped a 100,000 token tip and the atmosphere was just electric

It sure is, she was told the creation of an OF page was more about generating followers and traffic to the cam sites, there was no acknowledgement that the studio could earn income from it.
But the studio has paid for the photo shoots that are the content for sale, and the time taken to maintain the OF page, so if it does put more users in her room, that *should* increase her earning potential........

It was just a surprise to me, and I assumed she was making a decent % of the earnings there.

It's an add-in for your browser. There are several. TipElectric is the one that I use. Beyond doing fast tips, it just makes it a little easier. It also kind of makes it too easy to tip so beware. lol

Interesting. I've often wondered how some guys seem to manage to do such rapid tipping. I'm all thumbs at the best of times, so just thought my clumsiness was the difference.
I'll look into that one, just curious about options for queuing (sp?) up some larger tips in advance, rather than the 'gattling-gun singles' approach.

TipElectric is no longer in the Google Extenstion store due to some google TOS change, not sure exactly why but you can still download it and unpack it yourself and use it, it works perfectly.
You can use it on any tip amount, and it even works for anonymous tipping. It also has useful stuff like it shows broadcast times for the model, and also a section for the photo gallery/video gallery. So it's all there with a click
You can also set a one button click so it can tip a specific amount every time you click it, so if you commonly tip 15, but not one after the other, you can click this little button every time, and it sends (it shows next to the real tip button). And it remembers the tip amount every time you logout, very useful.

Well, damn, wtf?

Context: this guy came a few days ago, asked for ass and offered to give the model 6 tokens. She ignored him, then he said "7 tks" (more context he is an ex-silver - rank 25)
Today he comes back and says "ass" then the next comment "100 tokens".
I told him to tip first (he was still grey so no tokens on his account) from the tip menu.

And then he comes back with...
Model banned him after that weirdness
