I had a really confusing PM session with a model a few months back where she appeared to answer things I didn't even ask and confuse the fuck out of me thanks to her terrible english.

I transcribed the exact (down to the word) PM log into this short film....

Ok, so this has happened to me twice today. Perhaps someone can explain what's going through the models head at the time?

So, I'm discussing doing a private show with a model in a PM. Call me old fashioned but I don't like surprising a model by hitting the "go private" button without warning.

So we're sorting out the details, when suddenly the model says in public, "ok guys, I'm heading off now. Cya" and suddenly logs off completely.

Now I can understand if the model had to suddenly go somewhere. But at least apologize for not being able to do the private or even just say goodbye to me or something. The bit that irritates me is the fact that they just logged off without a word.

Makes me want to loose their number, so to speak.

Am I just being over-sensitive? (I hope not.)

LOADS of people ask questions about private and then don't go through with the private! So maybe they thought you were one of the time wasting numpties and didn't think you were worth an apolagy? Or maybe they had lots of messages and they really had to go and didn't have time to reply to them all?
I'm sure I'm not the only model that gets people asking a million questions and then dissapears. It's the same the other way round, none of them say they're not interested anymore but thanks or whatever, they just bugger off without saying anything, grrr, time wasting twats.

The only real issue I had with that was I was the last to respond. I had said the last thing, which was a question in both cases, and the model didn't respond to me. I'm pretty sure both times the question was, "are you ready" too.

I don't know how models see PM's. Is it the same as for premiums, where the thingy flashes if there's been an unread response?

Certainly I can understand getting a bazillion PM's as a model. But I think my issue was the fact that they had already replied, several times, and thus I thought we were in the middle of a conversation. If they hadn't replied to my first message then I would have understood that. As it happens that's what happened to a third model. I contacted her, got no reply so I moved on. Turns out her PM notification was broken and she didn't see them. Once she did notice she apologized, I said it was understandable and that was that.

Yeah all the time I see guys asking about private then the model says "you have 0 tokens soandso...", what do guys get out of pming a model about a private that will never happen cos they have no money? I don't get it.

As for the model leaving...don't read too much into it, but if I were you I'd decide to spend my tokens elsewhere.

I have stayed online an hour and a half past when I normally log off discussing and partaking in a private on many occasions. But I cam from home and have the freedom to do so. I dunno. I wouldn't worry about it too much. It would have been nice for her to at least tell you "look I'm sorry but I have to go but I'll be back ....". Just my two cents.

My thoughts on her leaving are a couple things: 1. If you seemed to be the type just to ask questions about a private to get your rocks off without actually going private... it used to happen roughly 60% of the PMs I used to get about private and I'd just close the PM also and ignore them. 2. She may have had a pre-set time to log off, and the conversation to get the private going took too long.

My advice? Ask your question in one sentence so she doesn't have to check back more than once, then once she acknowledges, click the button to go private. Or... only go private with a girl that you actually know a bit better so she has no reason to ignore you.

Yeah that's what I meant. But I guess it's only a feature of the website, not the model software.

I must admit, I am really not a fan of the PM system on MFC. Sometimes it's really obvious when I get a message because it flashes till I click on it. But lastnight and the night before there was no alert at all so I missed a bunch of them (they all get grouped into the same tab so unless I tab through and check each one individually, there's no way I can find out that I have new PMs). Usually I'm pretty focussed on the main chat and I've had guys tell me on there that they PMd me and I haven't responded and that is super helpful. As for the girl that logged off, maybe she was expecting a friend coming over and they were early, her phone might have been ringing (on silent), maybe she realized she'd left the oven on, could be anything!

I've heard sound notifications on some model's pms, maybe only when they're on the site.

In general the pm system would be a lot more efficient if girls didn't have to sort through 50 idiots telling them "nice boobs" or other shit they could say in chat, and risk missing the 1% who actually have something relevant to ask/say.

On the pm window:

I get the chat bubble, and I used to get a flashy on my start-bar. Didn't notice one on Sunday, but I did start filtering it out anyway back when I was on mfc all the time...

Also, guys with a really long name, the chat bubble gets hidden by their name so I miss messages. And by long, I mean more than 10 characters. (at least, I think it's 10...)

well, $1000 seems hella expensive to me, but maybe I'm just a brokeass lol. Also I guess I'm operating on the assumption that while a video might only cost say 200 tokens for a member, you're hopefully going to get 10 or 20 members to buy it, and continue buying it.

I'm 90% sure the model who posted the $1000 video made an error, cos her chat topic last night was "strip 200, bj 400, anal 600" - so unless it's $40 to watch her blow a guy live and $1000 to get a video of it...lol. The way it's worded (and priced) seems like the anal involves a guy too, so it's definitely a better deal than the vid lol.
