I think my cat just jizzed all over my blanket. He's neutered, but still manages to hump real fox tails and sometimes he'll get excited and secrete something(was always hoping it was urine.) Just a few minutes ago I did my normal routine of calling his name then getting him all excited to come to me so I can pet him. And after a few minutes I smelled something funny and saw it. He went crazy and started.. erm eating it. Can neutered cats even do that? I'm kind of afraid to baby talk him anymore. xD

Sure it isn't an anal sac leakage?

Luna, male cats' penises are pointed backwards, so whenever they pee, it shoots straight out behind them. I'm assuming that it would do the same thing with semen, but I'm not positive.

That being said, I used to have a male cat who would suckle on blankets (like a baby suckling on a tit) while needling his nails into it (some people call it 'making biscuits') and would stare intently at me EVERY TIME. It was so disconcerting. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that it's just urine from being overly-excited (like when puppies pee in the floor cause they're too excited to see you). The fact that you said you could smell it immediately seems to point to that conclusion. I'd just ask the vet the next time you take him in. See if they have any answers or suggestions to help end it.
