PS3 only, as it's a PSN download for $15.
I cannot stop playing this, and... I'm not sure I want to.
It's basically a survival game. Except, you're an animal of some type. Humans have disappeared. Starting animals are Pomeranian and Sika Deer. And you roam around killing/eating/fucking. The objective is to complete challenges to open up more animals, basically. It seems there are elephants, chickens, cats, etc to unlock.
Anyway, you go around killing/eating things (if you are something that hunts, anyhow) leveling up, in order to mate, and reproduce. After which, you take control of your offspring, and repeat, just seeing how long you can survive.
I'm not sure I'm describing this very well.
Anyhow, today, I was the Pomeranian, I had pups, took the group of pups out, found a sleeping tiger, though I'd try and kill it, got 3 pups (you control 1 at a time, and switch to others of your pack) killed, ran, then got offed by hyenas trying to get to another part of the city. AND I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. Even a horrible death like that is satisfying, somehow.
Not survived too well as a deer, though. Plants are scarce. Though, grazers are hungry less often, leveling up requires eating for them. Else, you get a desperate "dirty" mate covered in fleas. So... yeah. that's the game, and it is somehow awesome, even in horrific defeat.
