Unable to tip my tokens that I have in my account

So I’ve been using another account, Loremaster00, and bought tokens to tip and what not. But I am just unable to use those tokens, saying I should contact support. I did send an email but have not heard back at all, so I’m turning to here to resolve this issue. I have no support ticket but my username is Loremaster00. Much appreciated

Last week I pinged support about a group sex user who seemed to be using underage boys with two older women.

I will tag onto here, since I have yet to receive a response from CB Support or on here. @punker barbie I was banned 11 days ago with no specific reason (uk_dj) and I have yet to hear from Support. I would appreciate it if you could look into it. Thank you!
