Unable to Verify My Identity with a Passport

I have just successfully uploaded all the required photos for verification. However, after completing the process, I received a message saying that my passport is not supported or not accepted.

This is the only official Ukrainian passport I have. It doesn't make sense to me that a valid government-issued Ukrainian passport would not be supported for verification.

Could a moderator please look into this issue and help me resolve it? model name is RosieBun
