That’s crazy, and I’d have been pissed too. The most basic expectation when you buy a private show is that you have the model’s attention while the meter is running. Without that, why even bother? It’s no different from a public show without that detail.

If she was worried about pissing off the whale by ignoring him, then she shouldn’t be accepting paid private show requests while there’s a chance he might see/start tipping for things, IMO.

Personally, I’d have stopped the show just from hearing tips come in from another site. If it’s free for them, great, but I’m not interested in being the sucker that pays by the minute to wait for other randos get their tip menu requests honored during a show I’m paying for. Do that shit in public.

Yeah, i have been in privates where a couple tips came in and while it is not my preference it was ok. But I was tipping too so it took me a couple minutes to figure out there were too many “dings” for what I was tipping. Then she started PMing where I got no PM, then she started verbally interacting. It was all in about 90 seconds (I had the video so I went back to try and figure out where it went sideways).

I left a snarky comment when I left, left early, and then gave her a 1-star rating with a comment of exactly why. And I won’t ever visit her room or give her a token again (I was a decent and regular tipper of hers on the SC side). I usually go well out of my way to give the model the benefit of the doubt, but in my opinion this was egregious.

She never addressed it with me or apologized. But I didn’t expect her to - anyone who would pull that stunt is all about the tokens and has no regard for users outside of seeing them as ATMs. She got paid in the moment, as am sure that is what mattered

If your private show was on SC, she has broken their terms of service (A model MUST close all public streams on other platforms when taking a SC user private) and you would be well within your rights to report her and get a refund of your tokens. I do not normally suggest reporting, but in my opinion such behaviour as you have described should not occur without consequences.

Yeah I understand. When I was cruising multiple rooms I tried to be like that (friendly, polite, easy to please, tipped regularly) , and always cut models some slack, but there is a line that shouldn't be crossed even for me

Could be worse. It gets down to -40 where I am, without wind-chill. I remember several years ago I was in New York and they had just opened a bar called Minus 5 ice bar which apparently was the temp in it. They provided costs. I also split cam but I never miss a tip, I use a browser that puts all my sites chats in one and keep track of it there. My Knight/mod/room helper also never fails to remind me that I'm getting close to a goal/countdown so I pay extra attention then. I allow spying on other sites ( paid, no one can communicate with me if they're watching) while I'm in a private with someone on one site, but if I go true private/exclusive I go offline elsewhere.
There's a few members who don't like having spies and I turn it off for them.

I tried out a couple of VR cam sites when I got my headset but it's really not my thing, mainly because it's so hard to type and actually interact with the model. Anyway, a couple of times I was in different girls' free VR chat rooms while they were doing privates elsewhere (the VR site tends to be pretty slow), and was able to hear the guys' voices as they quite awkwardly tried to flirt with and guide the model. I guess the VR site is so quiet the girls forgot it was there, or didn't care. I didn't stick around because it weirded me out. Definitely do this @inertvolcano I feel that the c2c feature is for when a model is streaming in public and someone wants to share their cam real quick for x amount of tokens and time. The feature is somewhat new and we used to have to open up the person's profile page (and insert password if protected) and view their cam that way when requested during a public stream.

Something to note about the splitcamming/privates getting broadcasted elsewhere thing: some men may actually request this. Could be a humiliation fetish, exhibition fetish, or some other kinds of fetish. Of course, you would probably know that's what's going on due to the content and nature of the private, but you may not.

As a viewer, I appreciate that 'BRB' announcement. I've seen so many models walk off camera without saying anything, and then leave you hanging wondering what is going on - and sometimes for much longer than 5 mins.
It at least lets viewers know they're on a break, and also an approximate timeframe for returning - which may (or may not) persuade folk to stick around for that.....
probably also reduces the number of complaints and down-thumb feedback reviews.

I'm surprised that someone would find this annoying. I've seen bozos come into a model's chat, and right away be like "Where is she??? Where did you go, bb?" ? Like really panicking because God forbid she step away from the cam for a minute to grab a cold drink or go pee. Lol.

I would just type "Bathroom. BRB!," and then hurry out the room. If a member doesn't want to read what I typed into the chat...or doesn't want to wait a quick minute for my return, oh well. He's free to move on to the next model.
