We kinda have to do that, though,at least on public-show sites.

When I was on Chaturbate, that was literally the only way for me to make my countdowns in a reasonable amount of time. I think that's one of the running jokes (or at least it used to be) that cam girls had multiple birthdays because of the tokens. I don't see it as much these days... I think it only works for girls who don't have a very social room and don't have a core base of regulars who would call her out.
