You know your food is fresh when it still twitches

I have never had my food twitch on the plate before. Has anyone here ever had this happen? Do not watch the video if you are squeamish by the way. Explanation of why it is happening if you care.

Ha ! reminds me of summers on Granddads farm. He had a huge pond that was full of bullfrogs. I remember the first time cooking them, granny made a joke to be careful or they would jump out of the pan and hop back to the pond..... :lol: :lol:
I cant wait for all the squeamish ones to chime in here.... :whistle:

Fascinating! They used to experiment with electricity and stuff on executed criminals- a great at-home science project for the kiddos! Way more fun than electric potato.
If you hate this, dont watch the russian dog head experiments. Fake or not, its still pretty brutal
