lighting

I cammed briefly on MFC a couple of years ago and had a pretty basic setup: webcam attached to a tripod, computer speakers behind my cam for music, and a small worklight from Home Depot with a white sheet draped a few feet in front of it. While it was cheap, the light wasn't that great and it was a pain to pin up the white sheet every time I wanted to get on cam. Can I get a recommendation on a light kit before I return to MFC in the next couple of months? Thanks!
