Payout Delays?

Hey all,

Attempting to receive my first payout from CB, Required it towards my rent. i was told a few days ago it was in processing but they have now not responded to my emails and i’m now late on rent and slightly panicking lol!

anyone have any advice or similar issues? really appreciate any help

Sometimes its honestly just really slow. Any holiday makes it slower. Only send a message to support once otherwise like it messes with the order they answer you. You can tag that punker barbie on here they do help. But is this just from the amount from the 15th? I wouldnt expect that until either today to like Wednesday. I havent gotten mine either but I wouldnt worry until its last like the 25th. Sometimes i get paid by the Friday after the 15th sometimes not till the Wednesday.

I hope that helps I know I panicked the first time mine was late but now I refuse to panic until Wednesday at the latest

Okay thank you for this! Now im more calmed, because i didnt know that payment could be so late, like u said til wednesday. Just one thing which is worry me- one of people who was also panicking on reddit, got his money, Me still not but if u say u also wait, then probably they started releasing payment step by step. I was sure that we all get them at same moments. Thank you for being so nice and understandful and not attacking me. Im very neurodivergent and struggling hard wuith attacking me ,also im not master of patiency becayse of that
And yes its from 15th- i mean money earned during few days, but payment requested at 15th.
Also just wanna mention that I use cosmo and my payments never was late then 3 days, like requested on friday-always was max 3 days so like monday after friday, no mater if was saturday on sunday and i can prove it. Thats why was my panic so hard. Now even more when someone already got it on reddit, but if other girls like u still wait, i wil try to calm my ass down

Yes like I still havent gotten mine pulled the same day as yours was pulled but Ive now learned it can take longer than they say when they send those emails out for "pay dates" like when to expect your payment and what not. Please do not bother the CB rep via DMs here. That is not what this forum is meant for. We are lucky enough that we have them here to confirm support is handling issues in the proper manner (which is via the support system at CB itself.)

Timing of resolutions taking place is purely coincidental and would have happened with or without interaction with the CB rep here.

Sorry I never did im not sure why I was tagged. I think i only ever posted once based on payment dates. And I tagged the rep in it ive never physically reached out to them.
