Language Translation Overlay

Anyone familiar with the tech that translates the model's verbal comments into another language and displays it on an overlay, in near-real time?
Doesn't seem to be an app, based on looking at what apps are running in the CB rooms where this feature is active.
So believe it's a standalone system; can really see the advantage of keeping the chat lively when dealing with a non-native language.

yes its a chrome extension that you can setup to show in OBS but I havent used it for months let me try to find it and ill get back to the thread.

Edit: I wanted to add that its a little hit and miss to get started, i dont remember exactly why but I feel like I had to start it a few times before it worked but once it got started its fine.
