Banned from CB after a large tip - possible mistake?

Hi — I’m hoping someone can help clarify this.

My account was recently banned my username is thecloser380, and I’m not entirely sure what triggered it. The only thing I can think of is that I received a larger-than-usual tip during a stream, which may have been flagged as suspicious activity. I want to be clear that I had no control over that transaction and was simply streaming as usual. I’ve already reached out through support, but I wanted to ask here in case this can be reviewed or if anyone has experienced something similar. If any moderators or staff are able to look into this, I’d really appreciate it.

If you had no illegal conversation with him it's most likely fraudulent tokens.

The only thing you can do is write support and wait
(unfortunately fraudulent tokens investigations can take some time)

I understand the decision that was made, but I wanted to ask if it would be possible for this to be escalated for one final review.

I’ve attached the response I received for reference. The only unusual activity I’m aware of was a large tip from a user, which may have appeared suspicious. I want to clarify that I had no control over that transaction and did not engage in any behavior intended to manipulate payments or violate platform rules.

I fully understand the importance of protecting the platform, and I would have no issue with any funds associated with that transaction being forfeited if necessary.

If there is any possibility of a final review or reconsideration, I would sincerely appreciate it. I am more than willing to cooperate with any verification required.

Did they ever say what the "serious" violation was they is only "suspected" but not confirmed? It's not clear from the screenshot you posted.

No, they didn’t specify the exact violation.

My assumption is that it may be related to a large tip I received that was later reversed/flagged, since the final payout they mentioned excluded that amount. I didn’t have any control over that transaction or receiving the tip, so I’m guessing it may have been flagged on their end.

I understand that support has already reviewed the case. I just wanted to ask if there is any other appropriate channel or department I could contact regarding this, or if support is the only avenue available.
