Please help me unban my account

Good day, on June 28th of this year, I was in a private chat for approximately 5 hours. During that time, I chatted with the user about very trivial things; there was very little sexual content, just conversation and jokes. The most "intense" thing the user asked me to do was to remove my makeup and put on comfortable pajamas. Otherwise, it was all just conversation. He didn't make any requests that violated CB's rules. We didn't discuss sensitive topics, and neither did I. However, my account was banned, and to this day, I haven't received a response from support. Furthermore, all my money is being held (both my existing balance and the money I earned that day). I'm truly worried because I'm 100% certain that neither the user nor I violated any rules. Please help me, @punkerbarbie, because I'm desperate, and the silence from support is making me even more concerned. I really appreciate it, @punker barbie. I honestly don't know what I did wrong, and I'm completely sure that I've always followed Chaturbate's terms and conditions to the letter, so I don't want to get a permanent ban out of nowhere.

It's been 10 days and I haven't received a response from Chaturbate or anyone else, and it's not just about the money. A million thanks for your invaluable help, @punker barbie. My ban has been lifted. Supposedly it was for promoting child pornography, but I'm 100% sure that's not the case since I know and fully understand Chaturbate's rules and always try to avoid making those kinds of mistakes, even when it involves external factors like children screaming in the street. That's why my room is isolated. Now, what worries me is that I had a balance before the 5-hour private show. That balance appears as if it's already been paid, however, that money hasn't arrived in my account, and the only thing that appears as pending payment is the balance for the 5-hour private show. My payments are made every two weeks, so it should already be credited to my account. Could you please help me with that too?
