Account Banned

My account was banned. My husband Crown was beefing with a user in my room. User was banned and kicked from our room. User had threatened to report us for harassment but isn't it okay for a model to kick/ban from their own rooms? There are PLENTY of other models for a user to go to after they've been removed from someone's room.

This has NOTHING TO DO WITH ME / the owner of one of the accounts. Any account I have with CB [model or not] gets the Banned page. I haven't even used 2 of them because one was created with my work google and is my fullname.

There is NO REASON on why the accounts katandcrown & crownandkat were banned. Just to read the TOS and email support.

The user was banned as well but his reason shows "broadcasting with underaged" but the user IS NOT A BROADCASTER. Something is weird about this whole issue.
I was sleeping, offcam. Crown was on crownandkat [his name] in a fellow-friend model's room OFFCAM CHATTING when the problematic user came in and they started to argue. User was upset that he was banned from our chatroom a few days ago.

This is my primary source of income. I would sue for loss of wages if I knew how to file one against just a username. I need my account to work. I was participating in an event and this has affected my ranking.

I would like to know why the accounts were banned.
I would like the accounts unbanned so I can work.

URGENT UPDATE.

My husband Crown finally got a response for his account:
"We have been alerted to activity that appears to be a violation of the Chaturbate Terms.
Rule Description: Engaging in, soliciting, or offering any discussions or content involving animals in a sexual context.
Rule Description: Engaging in deliberate behavior intended to harass or abuse another user or broadcaster is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using offensive language, making repeated unwanted contact, malicious downvoting, submitting false violation reports, or spamming the chat to disrupt the natural flow of conversation.
Following a thorough review and in accordance with our zero-tolerance policy regarding this violation, the account crownandkat has been terminated, and the individual C.D.K. has been permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to immediate termination without warning, and all associated funds will be considered forfeit. Any amounts on the account not associated with the violation will be issued as a final payment. A final payment for the remaining earnings will be issued in the next payout period.

1) He nor I, together nor seperate HAVE NEVER DONE OR EVEN SPOKE about ANYTHING SEXUAL with our dog Shadow. Anytime someone even made a comment, joking or not, has been instantly removed from our rooms. Shadow is a rescue dog that has severe anxiety and is extremely attached to Crown. Wherever he is, the dog is. I get a relatively peaceful, dog-free stream when Crown is at work.

2) He does tend to call out "freeloaders" a lot when he's on stream with me; he can get irritable with some of them too because of the users' talk and either lowballing or simply trying to get a free view. As mentioned earlier, he ended up banning/kicking so he didn't have to deal/see that some users again. There are plenty of other cams the users can go to and should; we don't like having to do permanent bans/kicks and sometimes I think repeat users are just looking to pick a fight/ruin the mood.

Can anything be done about Crown's account, crownandkat? or is it too late? Does this mean I can never stream with Crown on CB?

All Punker Barbie will do is tell you if they’ve responded to a support ticket. If your Crown account has a separate support ticket number, best to give them that.
