Good afternoon, I need help. I have a problem with my artist account, MoneyBoysaveg600. My ID is verified and I can broadcast, but I cannot receive tokens from my viewers. When I upload my ID for verification, the message "invalid user" appears, even though the account is approved. I want to send and receive tokens from my viewers. I don't understand what is happening, as the system allows me to broadcast and buy tokens, but I cannot receive them from other users during my live streams—and that is how I make my living.
