What is going on with First Choice?

Hi, i have a question about how the notarized id/passport should look like, do i need to attach a text with it along with my signature on the page containing the actual copy of the passport. Or do you have an attached paper stating that its a certified copy.
Where i live we have different regulations than in europe or the US, so these documents go through the local government office where the do these kinds of tasks.
Any help woulf be much appreciated.

I made something else, but it isn't a must I think, it's an official certificate from the Notaries associaton saying that the Notary who signed is really a Notary, so it has more authenticity. I should edit some personal data to post it here, but I think if you go to the Notary he/she will tell u how is this thing. I was like you before to go.

I filled Choce Bank Limited and No because I didn't receive any cent from the frozen accounts, nobody paid anything from the balance.

is it ok to send them in jpg formate ?screen shots for example i made in jpg,i dunno how to make it on pdf??and how to add emails as prove??,i also had email from choice bank months ago where they asked me to send details on my local bank for wire transfer etc like that

jpg is perfect but I do this to get the pdf:

for example your FCP's account online you click right buttom where you want on the page and the click "print"... there you will see your printer and a buttom saying "change", u click "change" and there you will see "save to pdf", and you choose a folder where you want to save it,

When I want to print the emails, I have an option to print it, and there I choose "save to pdf" too. I use outlook but all the emails programs have the option to print the email I think

This doesn't make any sense. Companies are being sued all the time. They don't stop all operations just because there is a lawsuit. What should be expected is that no money would be paid out until after the deadline for filing all claims has passed.

1).‘Date of account balance(most recent)‘- >should be last date you could login to your fcp account and see your balance<( e.g. I could write curent date because I could login and see my balance and can do print screen to prove this....

>is the name of card-account holder<(it means your name)

Great, what a fucking mess this whole situation is. I don't like to say this but with every day this situation gets worse and worse. I have no communication from Choicebank or FCP, they don't answer their fucking phone and i don't even recieve a email back. I'm done fucking around with this shit

Ill suggest everyone that they write their forms and send them by mail with a return reciept. That way, you have some evidence that they atleast recieved your form if shit hits the fan and they claim that they never recieved it.

last time i got answer from liquadator 21 august,after it i sent 23 august,4 september and 7september emaisl with questions about form 4 and others, still any anwer.... so u a not one in it...think they very busy with many mails or better call them as i did too +5012236853
