Hi everyone!

I was just talking with a friend of me who is a cam model and she talked to me about some users and I was really questioning.... Are people that rich??
There are many users who have just joined for like 3 months and they already are in the Royal/Legend league level.

Doing just quick maths, knowing that 1 token spent gives you 5exp and that you need like more than 4 millions exp to reach these levels, you need to spend 800 000 tokens (800 000 x 5exp = 4 000 000 exp) to get here, and knowing that the biggest tokens package is 62 000 tokens for 5000$, you need at LEAST 12 x that package of tokens to reach the 4 million exp so... 12 x 5000$ = 60 000$!!!! JESUS CHRIST!!! who would spend 60 000$ in 3 months??? thats 20k per months lollll These people spend more than my annual income in only 3 months WTF!! I recently saw someone at level 100 and joined in less than 6 months... thats almost 80k spent in 6 months JESUS!! lol

My friend think they are all rich and millionaires but I doubt.... I'm sure they are hell down indebted with tons of credit card full loaded lol What you guys think about that?

Calm down. I don’t hate cam models. I find it interesting that some people spend a lot of money on virtual sexual encounters. Full disclosure. I have visited cam sites and tipped. But not $5k an hour. That raises red flags.

kevin stop projecting your issues onto other men. other men are doing just fine because they can afford luxuries that are out of your reality. elite super wealthy people are on a different level my dude. if you are really concerned about men's addiction to spending on cammodels, advocate for men's mental health instead. maybe visit a therapist yourself.

anywho you are choosing to ignore majority of our perspectives and experiences and continue to argue is probably why you come across as disliking.

the only person here who needs to calm down is you. all you've posted about on the forums are people spending large amounts of money on stripchat. are you okay?

Yeah, I don't need to calm down, dude. But you do because you're the one who's got your Hanes in a twist about rich men spending tons of money on women. Are you jealous? I hope you're not the type of member who witnesses tips like that, and then types stupid shit in the chat like "DAMN! For that kind of money she better be giving him _______ (insert stupid remark here)."

Men have spent LARGE amounts of money on eBay auctions too. Does that raise red flags with you too? Or is it only a red flag to you when it's money going to women in sex work?

But not $5k an hour.
Going to point out the obvious, if you were making 150k a day 5k an hour for a couple of hours is lose change (and yes there are people that make that kind of money). Also going to point out another obvious thing, the people who have 5k an hour to tip arnt spending all their time on forums getting worked up on the spending behavior of other people.

Millions of people visit cam sites everyday. Who are they and why do they visit cam sites?

Why do you care so much? The reasons why people visit camsites are as varied as the people themselves. But I’d say that the vast majority of them have one thing in common:

They value their privacy and don’t want their porn habits and spending being published to satisfy men like you.

Information could also be gleaned through legislative testimonies of camsite owners.

We get it. You’re obsessed with big daddy government as much as you are obsessed with how other men spend their money and what they do on cam sites.

now theyre telling yall to calm down 🥴 edit: yes some people can afford luxuries like adult entertainment. How would we all be able to make a living doing this if there werent people out there that could afford it? There is such a huge variation of how people get their money. And how people wish to spend their money... Some of yall really think too much into this.

The guy who killed his family had serious mental issues prior to all of that. There's a huge backstory of unstable behavior. That doesn't involve cam models.

Looks like he was fired from his job, before he even got into learning what cam models are, OR using cam services for;

" suspicion of stealing and improperly administering medication to patients and for suicidal thoughts.[10] Although officers denied the allegations that he was suicidal, saying he did not meet the criteria to be a danger to himself or others around him, they concluded there was evidence to the claim of improper medicine administration.[10] Hospital staff had found eight empty vials of the sedative propofol, which had not been ordered by any doctors, in two rooms that Grant had been overseeing. When questioned during his suspension, he said that he had "administered the drug to patients who were not being adequately relaxed".[11] The hospital then fired him and police officers subsequently arrested him for grand larceny after the investigation concluded, but the charges were later dropped.[12]"

I guess we didn't dig very deep on that story did we "Kevin": who "works in public policy".
Because it doesn't sound like it's really about addiction at all, it sounds like it's about serious mental illness, being passed off as addiction.

Millions of people visit cam sites everyday. Who are they and why do they visit cam sites? Somewhere, someone has done research and published the results.
Okay, so a few thoughts came to mind.

First, just to take a possibly unpopular opinion a bit: I also find some of the questions mildly interesting. (like - what motivates people to do different things, who and why would someone give a $100,000 tip, what are the different types of people on the sites, what weird shit happens with crazy members). I mean, I can get having some natural curiosity.

But are you going to the sites for fun and amusement, or are you trying to do a study? Maybe you are really interested in questions like, what percent of the super high-spending members are truly rich and just tipping in proportion to their income, versus average dudes who are blowing their retirement accounts. It's an interesting question, I suppose. But why do YOU care? And even if sites know the answers (and they surely have more clues about it than anyone else), they sure aren't going to publically share any data. I doubt they would even share data that is aggregated and anonymous, because what business is going to do anything that could lead to bad press? Especially in a controversial industry.

My other thought is: Are you really even interested in these questions for "research" (trying to learn something that would be somehow helpful knowledge to somebody), or are you only telling yourself that? Some natural curiosity is okay (in my opinion), but you should ask yourself: What is really bothering you? And be straightforward about it.

If you are legally making $150k a day, why visit a cam model, and not an escort?

because time and convenience is a thing and so is privacy, also why would it matter if you were legally making $150k a day vs illegally it sounds like you for some reason think legal money escort, illegal money cam model.

When you interact with these big tippers, do you sense they have body image issues, suffer from depression, harbor incel thoughts?

Because these are different services.

Can't wait for kevin to get banned.

I understand the services are different. I hope you understand my question.
I, for one, don't. You seem to be implying that escort services are preferable to web camming, the deciding factor being available funds to spend? But that clearly is not a valid generalisation to make. If I was suddenly to earn 150k a day (a moot question of course) I would just spend more on my favourite cam models, I would not suddenly decide that cam models are less desirable than escorts.

From the sound of it, you are of the opposite opinion, which is fine but goes to prove my point in a way. (That one should not make assumptions or generalisations)

Why should he be banned?

I do not agree with ANYTHING he has said, but I don't think his behaviour has been ban-worthy at all. (unless he is sending unsolicited PMs to folks here)
I just expect him to get there. Usually members like him - types who get obsessed with one subject, don't listen to anyone's replies and do reek of disdain for sex workers (he can use our services and still see us as unworthy, in this case even literally unworthy of money people spend on our services) - do get there. Anyway, neither me nor you get to decide where the line is, Amber does.

Thank you for supporting freedom of speech.
freedom of speech doesnt absolve you from the consequences of your speech. you gonna freely share your ignorant thoughts, we will debunk your ignorance freely.

USA! USA! USA!

i think because his misogyny is slipping through the cracks. telling women to calm down, not seeing how others may value our services more than him, ect. the whistles are going off. i don't think he's ban-worthy either, but i can see why his behavior is not welcomed on a heavily female board.

He’s rude and disrespectful and spreading misinformation about our profession. He ignores all feedback, and talks down to women. He absolutely seems like the usual type who get banned. The way he has talked to most of the women in the thread, is very different from how he has talked to the men.

I support feminism. Granted, my introduction to feminism was from Dworkian and MacKinnion. I suspect many women on this forum are from the sex-positive Fourth Wave.

the only person I have interacted with in a long time that gives off incel vibes is you. If it bothers you so much that other people can tip more than you, go skill up and spend the time you think about how everyone else is better than you bettering yourself.
