blondieangel11 - Temporary Broadcast Suspended after accidental couples show (only arm & hand appeared)

Hi,

Our Chaturbate account **blondieangel11** got temporarily suspended because I (the boyfriend / second person) accidentally had my arm and hand appear in one short scene during a couples show.

We were actually trying to submit my identification in the identity section **before the stream even started**, but we got distracted and went live without finishing it. The main broadcaster was already fully verified. We were only on for about 45 minutes, reached ~800 viewers with good tips, but the system flagged the unverified arm/hand as a second person.

We immediately went back and uploaded my clear United States ID + selfie. One person now (me the boyfriend) shows as **Approved**, but the other (her blondieangel) shows **"Person Ineligible"** and the account remains suspended. We've already emailed support twice with all the updated documents.

Any help getting this reviewed and cleared faster would be really appreciated — we were just starting to build real momentum. When will this get fixed?

I did something similar once, totally on accident. I streamed as a couple on my solo cam because I forgot to change the stream key, I caught it and turned it off right away as well.

When I sent the unban request, I just told them it was an accident and it won't happen again. I'm not totally sure, but I believe it's a strike on your account. Probably best to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I think it took them almost a week to fix it.

Quick clarification on the latest update: Connor is already fully approved and good to go.


The remaining issue (4/17/2026) is with my boyfriend’s friend (the one whose arm briefly appeared). We immediately re-uploaded his clear passport + a clean solo selfie (fixed the “multiple people in selfie” rejection). Everything is now submitted and waiting on approval.

We’re learning the process fast, this was a total honest accident, and it won’t happen again.

If you could give us an update on the new issue that would be greatly appreciated.
