Didnt watch it but today I learned they re-made White Men Can't Jump... I have questions... like why? Of all the films getting re-made I didnt think this would be one of them

just watched the punisher: one last kill, dont recommend. Whoever wrote it forgot that stories need a beginning a middle and and end, this has a beginning, an action sequence and thats it, there's no pay off, no resolution just all of a sudden for absolutely no reason the entire scenario changes and it ends. I think it's supposed to be a stand alone "special" nothing special about it though. Shame because I really liked the show (watched it again not that long ago). Also it's called one last kill, but there's no last kill they forgot to write that part of the story I guess 😂

There's been a lot of hype here about HBO's upcoming Harry Potter series.
Not really sure how I feel about that as a remake, but the release date of Christmas Day 2026 is no doubt a very calculated move to capture peak family viewing.

thanks, i watched the trailer last night and thought it would suck but wasnt sure if id try it anyway.
it's more like a 35 minute action scene with the other 10 minutes trying to justify it, I think if they had 90 minutes or a season it would have worked, but 45 minutes for setting up a whole plot line and having a payoff just isn't enough time.

seems reddit heavily disagrees with me though, looked up some of the reviews after and on imdb it has a better rating than the tv show so now I'm like "did we watch the same thing?" 😂

I just finished watching the 'Fallout' series and honestly, I was blown away. I was a bit skeptical at first since video game adaptations can be a hit or miss, but they captured the atmosphere perfectly. The retro-futuristic vibe, the dark humor, and the acting were top-notch. Highly recommend it if anyone here hasn't checked it out yet

omg omg omg it aired? *races to tv*
You must not scroll social media much, it was almost unavoidable to get spoilers. Glad you're getting to enjoy it fresh!

The final episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. 😭

His talk show was one of the things that kept me entertained during the Covid pandemic when we were indoors, and I’d been binge watching a lot of shows and movies. It was a pleasure to be a part of his studio audience in June 2024 in NYC. I’m glad that “Strike Force Five” were able to reunite during his final days of the show.

I’ve been binge watching episodes of that old show In The Heat Of The Night. Carroll O’Connor (most known for his role of Archie Bunker on ‘All In The Family’) played a much nicer character on this show. :)

I went to see the new release Star Wars Mandalorian and Grogu.
Probably need to see it again to decide, but I left the cinema feeling very neutral about it. Didn't hate it, didn't love it.
Could've been edited to cut out some of the run time without losing anything.

In fact, I enjoyed the trailer for June's release of DC's Supergirl more :)
