Currently Chaturbate's status page says that they have "identified an issue affecting affiliate stats".
I'm the author of Chaturfier, an affiliate website. I use Chaturbate's postbacks for my own stats and to upgrade user's accounts.
I have noticed a decline in revenue AND missing purchases: when I test with a user and buy tokens, the purchase never goes through the postback and is never received by my site and it does not appear on their stats either.
Of course I've asked Chaturbate's affiliate support about this, but they just keep referring to the message on their status page, completely ignoring the fact that it's not only a problem with showing the stats.
Now, I'm not here to accuse CB of willfully withholding commission revenue, but their lack of cooperation doesn't really help either (but of course their support is notoriously lacking).
My question: is anybody else, models or affiliates (I'm looking at you @cbhours
), experiencing similar issues?
Additionally their dynamic postback configuration page is broken (500 error) and it's possible this may be the whole cause of the issue, because there seems to be some time correlation...
