3D webcam

One of the models on mfc used to use a 3d webcam last year.
It could switch between normal webcam and funky colour 3d mode.
I saw UP in the cinema in 3D... gave me and a friend a headache. The parallax layers reminded me of the sideways scrollers from the 80's
I've tried the polarized glasses with TVs, but found being able to see the room around the screen too off putting to be able to watch it. It just doesn't gel together properly.
Give me a decent sound system and a good story and I'll take 2d over 3d everytime
