A mean and deliberately written message from a user with the aim of removing an objectionable model

Hello, dear forum members! I've read about the reasons for the permanent bans of models on this forum and wanted to come up with a way or principle to avoid this. One of the most common reasons for permanent bans on sites, especially Chaturbate, is when a user casually mentions being under 18.
First of all, I'm not entirely clear: does it matter if the model saw this offensive message, or if the model might not notice it and still be permanently banned? Let's say it was sent via Private Message and the model didn't open it, or similarly, an unread Direct Message, or a general chat that's moving at the speed of light, will this make any difference? Models whose shows are active are often mobile, or models with a large number of viewers won't have time to watch everything. What solution do you, dear forum members, see for this situation?

I’d love to know cuz if I’m doing a dance or shower thing with my glasses off I can’t see wtf they are saying! But a lot of times people are only telling part of the story (the part that makes them look better) and the actual bans come from engaging in the convo. I’ve cammed on and off for a total of over 16 years on ~10 different sites (not on cb tho) and never got in trouble for something a user casually said just fyi.

Do we even need a solution to this? We never get to see the actual conversation when models post about this here. Maybe they continued to chat with the viewer who is mentioning they are underage or maybe the conversation itself is riding that edge a bit too close. Maybe their account has been flagged enough where it requires a human to review things I think a lot of us miss things that go against TOS in the chat that is not fully in our control. I think if the model actively participates in keeping the chat clean, there is much less to worry about. If there wasn't some sort of variables in this ai's decision that includes number of warnings or model engagement with user who is breaking the TOS, then any viewer would be able to just get any model they dislike to be banned at anytime.

With it being ai, I'm sure there are a few bans that are undeserved from time to time. But if you take this job seriously, your going to stay away from grey areas that may lead to an accidental ban.

Unless the model has some sort of flag for the ai to decide to ban, I doubt a single unread message with the wrong stuff in it is going to lead to a ban on the spot. I know this, because I receive messages all the time that break TOS.

There is not a catch all solution here. On CB, turn Chatursafe on. Adjust the filter strength as desired. Use mods if you trust them to keep it clean and not go on power trips. There's also another section to ban specific words and phrases in your chat settings. I don't worry about PM as much as public chat.

Я работаю вебкам-моделью с перерывами более 16 лет на ~10 разных сайтах (кроме CB TH) и никогда не попадала в неприятности из-за того, что кто-то из пользователей сказал что-то вскользь, просто к вашему сведению.

Если в модели нет какого-либо флага, позволяющего ИИ принимать решение о блокировке, я сомневаюсь, что одно непрочитанное сообщение с некорректной информацией приведет к немедленной блокировке. Я знаю это, потому что постоянно получаю сообщения, нарушающие условия использования.
