What is your favorite app? Why?
I have a handful of apps I tend to rotate through depending on how my room & show is going, and how I'm feeling. I often start shows with Sequence Tips With Group Tipping, or Tip Multi-Goal, where I set goals to get my clothing off and start using toys. Then, honestly the bulk of my show is usually just Tip Counter or Keep It Going. I also use Token Keno pretty often, as it is fun, and tends to help pick up a slower room (I personally prefer to have all winning numbers, where most of them are "smaller" prizes). I sometimes use CrazyTicket as my end-of-the-night finale if I have enough people in my room.
How do you generally structure your shows?
Based on how I'm feeling, and judging by how my room is going, I might either structure shows where I require tips before getting me to do stuff, or I might just start and keep doing things if the tips continue to flow in for my efforts. I have absolutely no love for hustling, so I prefer to just keep things casual and laid-back, as long as I'm still earning enough tokens as I go. This is why just plain old Tip Counter is my default app.
Do you perform in public? If not, how far do you go in public?
Yes, I do almost anything in public that I'd do in private, as long as the tips keep coming in. It does mean a huge chunk of my viewers are getting a completely free show, but at this point it doesn't bother me too much as long as all of the following is true:
- People are tipping enough that I'm making my overall goals for the show
- People are chatting with me about things (even better if the regulars I like best are hanging out with me)
- I'm having a good time and enjoying myself
- Rude asshats and spammers are under control either by me or preferably my mods
If all of the above is true, then I'm fine with the freeloaders. I keep very careful records of my cam earnings, and I've noticed I have quite a few fans who will never tip in my cam shows, but spend good money on me either through clipsites such as ManyVids, or through ordering custom videos, etc.
The draw for people to do private shows with me means they'll get focused one-on-one attention. I'll moan their name if they want, I'll move into whatever position they desire, etc. I'll talk really dirty or do JOI/JOE, versus in public chat where I'm generally just going on and on about Star Wars or video games while stuffing myself with a dildo.
Also, I only do cam-to-cam shows in private.
Models: What are your rules, regarding PM privilges, Mod privileges, etc?
The slower my room is, the more likely I will look at or respond to PMs, however I don't welcome unsolicited PMs and it's common for me to just completely ignore or not even notice them. It's a huge pain in the ass to break the flow of my show to tab away from public chat to read people's dumb PMs (they are usually dumb).
As for mods, I've built up a pretty great mod team at this point. I will not make someone a mod unless they have been a regular viewer of mine that I trust to do a good job. The more viewers I have, the more essential my mods become (800+ viewers means a crapton of spambots & a much larger percentage of rude fuckwads). My mods' tasks are to silence spammers, whiners, and the like, answer common questions I get all the time (how old are you? do you do anal?! why isn't your pubic hair dyed blue to match your hair??!?!) and trying to keep the tipping going.
I love chatting with viewers in my room, and I've had plenty of fun, police, nice grey viewers (i.e. viewers who have zero tokens). This means I really do not like to preemptively silence all greys from speaking... which makes my mods' jobs very important to me.
If CB is the main site you cam on, why do you prefer it over other sites?
I haven't tried any other cam sites yet. I do plan on eventually trying out another site, at least as a potential alternative for when I'm having a slow night on CB. However, from my extensive research I did on camgirl forums such as these before starting camming, I originally chose CB due to its seemingly more easygoing, newbie-camgirl-friendly nature, and then was pleasantly surprised at how nice of a community my cam room seems to draw.
And I
really like that there's such a wide diversity of people who are models on CB (in terms of gender, body type, age, overall look & style, personality, etc), as well as the diversity in those who are viewers. The fact that "naked guy singing and playing guitar in his garage" is just as likely to be a top cam room on any given night as "young skinny blonde white girl" is just fantastic in my opinion.
