Account banned

My account got banned while uploading my passport for verification,had previously been verified using ID, reasons were,fake passport or someone was seen on my cam.
I have submitted my passport to be confirmed original but I keep getting an automated bot response
As for the 2nd reason that's ground for suspension
I need help contacting an actual person in the support team
