Acct Banned awaiting payment

Hey happy helpers!!
I was banned Sunday night/ early Monday morning. I have submitted an inquiry as to why my account was banned and I understand it can take a while before they get back to me. Which, although I understand,I am feeling incredibly anxious.- I use my earnings to pay for childcare and attorney.

With that being said, I cashed out my tokens on Sunday. I have not received that payout yet. I am looking for support, guidance and honestly peace of mind - as I had only been camming on a regular for less than 2 months and am pretty clueless.

Hi, I know that once you are banned you do not have access to the tokens until the situation is resolved. I am not sure what happens when you just cashed out and then they ban you. In any case, CB always notifies you when they send a payment. If you don't receive that email, then your payment didn't go through.
