And a link to FriendFinder Networks, the owner of adultfriendfinder, statement

A March hack has exposed Adult FriendFinder customers' email addresses, usernames, passwords, birthdays and zip codes, in addition to their sexual preferences.
The article says the site has 64 million members, but also said the hack exposed the data of more than 3.5 million people. I'm not sure about that discrepancy.
The information has been posted online, and one security researcher has been naming and shaming government workers as he matches up data from the hack with publically available data.
The hacker reportedly attempted to blackmail adult friendfinder for 100k in order to not release this information.
