Affiliate income for daily payout suddenly gone?

Hello!
I already wrote a support email but I am writing it here too because I need this to get fixed as soon as possible since I need it.
Yesterday I made a daily payout request of a part amount that I earned through affiliate.
Today I wanted to payout again some and I suddenly see its on $0 .
Please look into this because I need it!
