Two Affiliate Accounts

Hello, I am affiliate only and have a problem that I am not sure can be solved. Two years ago I started promoting Chaturbate and I accidently deleted my account as I got confused with whether I was a customer or affiliate. So I create new affiliate account and start promoting that. Then the buyers I send from first affiliate account start spending and I start getting paid, great.
But I cannot access stats or change payout method as I deleted the account.
In new account all my infos are same as first account except for email address.
Is possible to get users and payments transffered to new account from first account ???
