Any way to remove permanent ban from person?

Hello! Already messaged support, they told me my account was permanently banned for pre-recorded live. It's alright. I mean, all I am interested in, is, if I could start a new account, but, without pre-recorded lives, only being really live? I've tried to create a new account, but, they told me, I am banned, as a person, not as account. So, that's why I wonder, if there is any way to remove the permanent ban from me as from person?

Please note, our site is based on live performances, therefore, all streaming must be live, which we also clearly state in our rules.
Using pre-recording videos and pretending that you a broadcasting live is a serious violation.
If you are permanently suspended on this account, it means you are also suspended from our platform and no new accounts will be approved.
