I got banned two years ago for “being underage”. All I got from support was typical bot response about me breaking rules and being a minor, I never got any real response on my further emails, explanations, recordings, screenshots, ID pics. I already posted here quite a while ago but again got typical “support confirmed they respond you” response. I was cosplayer, I never did age play of anything rule breaking, I have legit ID and I’m adult woman. My username was petiteluluxxo

I honestly lost all hope but maybe this post will helpful for someone or at least support take another look at this case.
The funny thing is chaturbate have plenty of baby faced top models that playing to certain audience and everyone knows it damn well but they ignore pigtails, plush toys, childish outfits etc because well capitalism blah blah they making crazy money so they not getting banned.
And as adult woman with baby face, certain body type and love for kawaii fashion I get a lot of problems in this industry to the point that I change my entire look and personality and rely on many tools to not be called p*d0 bait.
But truth is during my work on cb I was cosplayer and looked completely different, I was always in egirl cosplay to look more mature, I always had heavy anime make up with fake eyelashes, lenses, wigs, cosplay outfits. When I got banned and mass reported I was wearing actual adult maid sexy outfit with cat ears. No underage play (never did, never will do, strict no), no pigtails. But with every month of being banned I’m becoming more accepting of how cam sites can just ban you for little no reason and they have right to do so (which even said in their rules lol). They don’t care about our wellbeing and that’s also ok. Also as babyface woman this whole thing with ban made me change my values and me being in SW and change my life to the point of changing industry and jobs because when the biggest platform tell you about fake documents and being underage when you pushing 30 it’s just bizarre and maybe I’m not supposed to be here.

I wish support could actually look into every case instead of rely on AI mass report ban system or giving AI bot responses. Models deserve that
